Welcome to Franchise Alliance! We fit your Life.Q. What are the computer requirements for the online training?
A. Computer hardware and a high speed internet connection are the only requirements to participate in training. You do not need exceptional IT skills.
Q. Will I be missing the give and take of a conventional classroom setting?
A. Franchise Alliance offers a highly personal and interactive learning experience. In fact, many people find our classes more interactive and engaging than sitting in a classroom listening to a lecture. There is no “back row” and everyone participates in each discussion.
Q. What time are classes held?
A. Classes are scheduled both day and evening to allow you to tailor your learning schedule to your family, work, business, and life’s other demands.
Q. How long will my program take to complete?
A. The amount of time it will take will depend entirely on you. Classes are offered with enough frequency to complete basic training and be ready to work within seven calendar days of beginning the program.
Q. How much time should I reserve?
A. Classes vary, but a typical module will consume approximately two hours. Learning at your own pace means also that you may spend more or less time on any particular module.
Q. When can I begin working?
A. Before Franchise Alliance will certify you as an Affiliate and announce you to our franchise partners you will have to have completed the core curriculum of required courses. This can be accomplished in seven calendar days. You may complete the balance of the exceptional course offerings at your leisure.
Q. Will I ever meet my classmates, fellow brokers, and faculty face to face?
A. Yes. The company sponsors three conventions annually in conjunction with the IFA shows that gives us terrific meet and greet opportunities both with each other and with our amazing franchise partners.
Q. How does the money back guarantee work with distance training?
A. Quite simply. When you join Franchise Alliance as an Affiliate, you submit your Agreement and check payable to the Company in the amount of $24,900, both dated one week from your training start date. You may now begin training with the peace of mind of a full seven calendar days rescission privilege!
Q. How will I get started?
A. Our Training Director will serve as your guide, taking you step by step from orientation through enrollment in individual classes.
Q. What about continuing education and mentoring?
A. Our continuing support is legendary in the franchise industry. You have fifteen personal coaches with whom you have a student relationship standing by to mentor you as you begin your journey. You are also able to audit classes when you want to touch up a specific area of expertise.
Q. Are there any formal support classes?
A. Yes. Franchise Alliance offers a weekly forum dedicated only to new brokers and led by one of our most successful team members. Additionally, we sponsor daily team training calls featuring a different franchise each day.
